Creamy Chia Seed Pudding Recipe





(4 ingredients)

1 ½ cups DAIRY-FREE Milk

½ cup Organic Chia Seeds

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp cinnamon


INSTRUCTIONS

1. In a mixing bowl, add dairy free milk, chia seeds, cinnamon and vanilla. Whisk to combine.Pour into Mason Jars, tighten lid and shake.

2. Refrigerate overnight (or at least 6 hours) – For the first hour, I go into the refrigerator a couple of times and shake the mason jars. The chia pudding should be thick and creamy.  If not, add more chia seeds, stir/shake, and refrigerate

3. Enjoy as is, or layer with organic walnuts and fresh fruit!
