Hydrating Pumpkin Face Mask

PUMPKIN FACE MASK

Who said pumpkin is only for pies?  DIY beauty fixes save you money and ensure you are NOT putting potentially harmful chemicals on your skin. PUMPKINS contain lots of carotenoids, which protect the skin from sun damage and free radicals. Creamy YOGURT makes the skin feel smoother and HONEY is loaded with antioxidants to keep skin looking young, fights acne creating bacteria and helps keep skin hydrated!



Ingredients

¼ cup pumpkin puree (fresh or unsweetened canned)

½ teaspoon honey

1 tablespoon Greek yogurt (you can sub with almond or cashew yogurt)

I tablespoon rolled oats

 

Directions

- Mix ingredients together in small bowl

- Apply to face – leave on for 10-15 mins

- Rinse face with warm water. Pat dry with towel
