Yes, it is important.....more important than most realize. Great habit of putting all technology away 45 mins before bed to allow your mind and body to start winding down. 👏 👏 ❤️ Thank you for sharing!
Sleep is so important which is why I put my technology away at least 45min to an hour before I go to bed. Also a nice cup of camomile tea is nice to help me relax.
