Tips On Snacking

SNACKING 


When we snack properly, we are more likely to make better food choices throughout the day.  Our snacksshould be conscious, deliberate, and satisfying.  Try to choose ‘real’ foods that are nutrient dense (seeds, fruits, nuts, and veggies).  A balance of macronutrients will help provide satiety and will provide usenergy until our next meal.
