WATER
Water makes up 50-60% of our body weight and every system in our body DEPENDS on water to function. When we are properly hydrated, we think more clearly. When we are properly hydrated, we do not mistake hunger for thirst. Every day we lose water through our breath, perspiration, urine and bowel movements, which is why we have to keep replenishing our water supply. There are many beverages on the market that promise to quench your thirst and keep you hydrated – BUT the only drink you should drink ‘like water’ is WATER!
